Go-Go glue is only sticky when we’re together. As soon as the work ends, the adhesive dries out and we fall apart. There’s still contact; sporadic texts, calls, or emails between various members. Life events are shared, a semblance of friendship exists in varying degrees. Apart, the band energy is fluvial, a river of history. Rapids and currents of experiences; drama, conflict, joy and laughter—but we aren’t a part of the flow.
Together, it’s something else. A living, present, kinetic force, as anyone who has ever worked with us will attest to. Whether you’re a fan or not, the chemistry is strong and palpable. It has a lot to do with our success. It’s the x factor that a band can’t manufacture, you either have it or you don’t.
